Alice Stryker is a fundraising and non-profit management professional with 15+ years of experience in New York City's philanthropy landscape. She is a true fundraising generalist with experience soliciting seven-figure gifts, writing complex government grants, building fundraising departments from the ground up, managing large-scale special events, and more. 

Alice is passionate about helping organizations foster a sustainable culture of philanthropy. She began her consultancy in 2021 and was most recently on staff at the Intrepid Sea, Air, & Space Museum as the Director of Individual Giving. She has worked at non-profits as large as the Smithsonian Institutions and as small volunteer-run historic homes. As such, her approach includes strategies and tactics that are suitable for organizations of all sizes.

Alice graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University and holds a Master's Degree in Museum Studies from George Washington University. 

When not advancing New York's finest organizations, Alice can be found at home with her husband, two kids, and senior dog entertaining family and friends.
